Job DescriptionLHH is partnering with a growing company that is searching for a temporary to hire bookkeeper for their team. You will be handling AP and AR transactions. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with QuickBooks and be comfortable utilizing Microsoft Excel. Also, the manager is looking for someone with at least two years of previous accounting experience and someone who is organized. The interview process will be quick as the team is looking for someone to help immediately.
Responsibilities
- Record all financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Process invoices and track payments.
- Respond to employee inquiries.
- Assist with audits as needed.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- At least two years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
Employment Details
- Temporary to hire.
- Fully onsite in Redmond, WA.
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Pay Details: $32.00 to $35.00 per hour
