Position Overview

We are seeking a Production Operations Technician I to support testing, inspection, and troubleshooting of precision electronic and pneumatic components. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in electronics testing and manufacturing environments who thrive in a structured, team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing on sub-assemblies and final products
• Inspect components for quality, workmanship, and compliance
• Troubleshoot electronic and pneumatic devices as needed
• Follow detailed test procedures and verify product revisions
• Document test results and report findings accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards
• Meet daily production schedules and productivity targets
• Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE
• Support continuous improvement and process updates

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2 years of experience as a test technician or in electronics manufacturing
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electronic testing procedures
• Experience using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators
• Familiarity with testing electronic boards and components
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Windows environments
• Exposure to tools like HyperTerminal, Pro-comm, or Tera Term is a plus

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Temperature-controlled production environment
• Frequent use of electronic tools and equipment
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Prolonged standing, walking, and visual inspection of small components
• Occasional exposure to noise and light fumes
