Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide essential support within school settings in the Coeur d'Alene, ID area. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the success and development of students by delivering targeted therapeutic interventions. The position includes travel to various school locations, allowing for diverse experiences and the ability to impact multiple communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' occupational therapy needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Provide direct therapy services focused on improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities
  • Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
  • Travel between school sites as required to deliver services efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist with current credentials in the state of Idaho
  • Experience working with school-aged children in educational environments preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to manage travel logistics and maintain flexibility in scheduling
  • Commitment to enhancing student learning and participation through therapeutic support
