Job Responsibilities

• Work 2-3 shifts per month, with each shift lasting 24 hours from 8 AM to 8 AM.
• Manage approximately 5-6 ER patients during each 24-hour shift.
• Provide care in an emergency department supported by hospitalist coverage after 5 PM.
• Benefit from available Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support.
• Handle an annual patient volume of around 1,900 visits.
• Participate in rounding as required.
• Average daily hospital census of 3-4 patients.
