🍼 Birthing Center RN (L&D) – Travel Contract\n\nUnit: Birthing Center (LDRP)\nShift: 36 hrs/week | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every 3rd weekend\nDuration: 13 weeks\nLocal Candidates: Not Accepted (Must reside 50+ miles away)\nStart Date: [Insert Start Date]\n\n🩺 Unit Description\n\nUnit Type: 12-bed LDRP\n\nNeonatal Level: Level 1B neonatal care center\n\nAnnual Births: ~600 deliveries/year\n\nPatient Population: Obstetric patients and well newborns\n\nResponsibilities Include:\n\nLabor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care\n\nCirculate C-sections\n\nTriage and crisis response\n\nNewborn stabilization per NRP guidelines\n\nTeaching and discharge planning for families\n\n🧾 Requirements\n\nExperience:\n\nMinimum 2 years of LDRP experience strongly preferred\n\nLicensure/Certifications:\n\nMassachusetts RN license (active and in good standing)\n\nBLS (AHA)\n\nNRP\n\nBSN required
