The Café Runner is a dedicated support role crucial for maintaining operational efficiency during high-volume periods. Hiring for early shifts (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM) to assist with juice and smoothie prep, pastries, food service, and general shop organization.

Key Responsibilities
· Ensure continuous flow of pre-prepped ingredients to all stations
· Monitor and replenish supplies for back and front-of-house areas
· Promptly and accurately run finished drinks, food, and pastries to customers
· Continuously clear and wipe down tables and maintain a clean customer area
· Assist baristas and food preparers with simple tasks to maintain workflow
· Assist with store opening and closing procedures
Required Qualifications
· Ability to work independently and as part of a high-volume team
· High energy and ability to sustain speed and efficiency for extended periods
· Keen eye for organization and detail
· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry supplies up to 25 pounds
· Availability to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
· Prior experience in a fast-paced food service environment is an asset
