We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our family oriented culture. In this role, you will handle a variety of financial tasks and ensure the smooth operation of accounting processes within a unique work environment. Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including timely payments and collections.

• Utilize QuickBooks effectively to maintain organized financial records.

• Handle AIA billing and ensure proper documentation for projects.

• Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) accounts to track project costs and revenues.

• Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify account balances.

• Prepare detailed reports and summaries for management review.

• Collaborate with team members to address accounting-related inquiries and issues.

• Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Experience with AIA billing and work-in-progress (WIP) tracking.

• Ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations.

• Solid understanding of financial reporting and compliance requirements.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and unique work environment.
