Job Details:

• Must be able to work Christmas as per manager requirement
\n• Work every other weekend with on-call availability as needed based on census
\n• Maintain 2:1 patient ratios for days, nights, and weekends
\n• Float to Telemetry units depending on need and ICU census
\n• 24 hours of orientation provided
\n• Care for adult patients in 12-bed ICU with daily census of 8
\n• 3+ years of ICU experience required
\n• Travel experience required
\n• Required certifications: CA RN License, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
\n• Preferred certifications: IABP, Impella, PIRRT
\n• Epic charting system experience preferred
\n• Must complete non-billable modules during orientation (average 1-5 hours)
\n• Provide critical care nursing utilizing nursing process and scientific judgment
\n• Demonstrate leadership in planning safe delivery of care
\n• Delegate patient care and supervise assigned personnel
\n• Skills include ventilator management, central line care, cardiac drip titration, blood product administration, and care of ventilated patients
