Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Rockland County, NY, for an OR Nurse Manager. The role focuses on overseeing daily operations in the operating room, managing nursing staff, ensuring compliance with medical standards, and coordinating patient care. The OR Nurse Manager will also collaborate with medical teams, schedule procedures, and monitor the implementation of best practices to support patient health and safety.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Nursing Management and Patient Care
- Experience in Nursing and Critical Care Medicine
- Knowledge of Medicine and surgical protocols
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Active nursing license and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- CPR certification and advanced life support certification are beneficial
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and collaborative healthcare environment
