Job DescriptionInbound Call Center Representative
Location: Bedford Park, ILSchedule: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM or 2:30 PM – 11:00 PMPay rate: $18/hr
Duties:

  • Job Description:
    • Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
    • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account inquiries.
    • Assist customers with order placement, billing questions, technical support, and general concerns.
    • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive, empathetic attitude.
    • Document customer interactions and update account information accurately in the system.
    • Follow communication scripts and company procedures.
    • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
    • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.
    • Participate in ongoing training to stay current on product knowledge and call center procedures.
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus.
    • 1+ years of experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred.
    • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
    • Positive attitude, patience, and strong interpersonal skills.
