Salary: $70,000 USDAbout the RoleWe are looking for an Operations and Marketing Manager to support our hospitality investment firm. This position splits time evenly between assisting the COO and the VP of Marketing. The role combines operational support, office management, and marketing coordination.Key Responsibilities
- Manage office operations: mail, supplies, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
- Support COO with administrative and project needs.
- Assist VP of Marketing with campaigns, events, and digital initiatives.
- Coordinate travel and occasional off-site activities.
- Ensure smooth communication across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- Hospitality background (front office or hotel experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Professional, approachable personality.
- 1–3 years in a coordinator or junior management role.
- Ability to travel periodically.
