Experienced Carpenter

Doylestown, PA | Full-Time | Residential Construction
$25-$30/Hour (Commensurate with Experience)
Lakeside Custom Homes & Renovations is looking for an Experienced Carpenter to join our growing team. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoy solving problems, and want to work on custom homes and residential remodeling projects, we'd love to meet you.
You'll work alongside experienced leaders on projects where attention to detail, teamwork, and professionalism matter.
What You'll Do
Residential Carpentry
- Perform rough and finish carpentry on custom homes, additions, and renovations
- Install framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring, and other finish materials
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Safely operate hand tools and power tools
- Produce high-quality work with attention to detail
Project Support
- Work closely with Lead Carpenters and Project Managers
- Help keep projects on schedule
- Stage materials and maintain organized job sites
- Communicate potential issues before they become larger problems
Safety & Professionalism
- Follow company safety standards
- Maintain clean, organized work areas
- Treat clients' homes with respect
- Contribute to a positive team environment
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential carpentry experience
- Strong rough carpentry, finish carpentry, or both
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Experience using carpentry hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
- Experience with custom homes or residential remodeling
- Broad knowledge of residential construction methods
- Interest in growing into future leadership opportunities
Physical Requirements
This position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, lifting up to 80 pounds, moving heavier materials with proper equipment, operating construction tools, and working in indoor and outdoor environments.
