A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available within a K-12 school environment in Wilton, NH. This on-site role supports students primarily in grades K-8 across three school locations. The contract runs from August 28, 2025, through June 11, 2026, offering an excellent opportunity for both experienced practitioners and recent graduates seeking to develop their expertise in school-based behavior analysis.
Responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, collaborating with educators and school psychologists, and monitoring student progress. The BCBA will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support positive behavioral outcomes and promote academic success for students across the district.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
- Experience working with K-8 student populations preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and behavior plan development.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school personnel.
