Position Overview
We are seeking Tax Consultants at all levels to join our dynamic tax team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in providing tax services to our diverse clientele, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations and state tax laws, while also contributing to effective tax planning and strategy development.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and corporations
- Assist clients with tax planning and strategy development
- Stay updated on IRS regulations and state tax laws
- Conduct tax research to provide accurate and timely advice
- Support audit processes and provide necessary documentation
- Develop financial reporting related to tax obligations
- Help clients manage their tax-related risks
- Provide international taxation guidance as needed
- Utilize tax software for efficient tax preparation and reporting
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional service
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA or EA certification preferred
- Experience in tax preparation and planning
- Strong knowledge of IRS regulations and state tax laws
- Proficiency in tax software and financial reporting tools
- Excellent analytical and research skills
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of international taxation and corporate tax structures is a plus
