Customer Service Specialist | $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
T & T plumbing & Heating Inc, in LaOtto, IN.

Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Pay Scale: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional overtime
What you will be doing:
- Answering incoming calls
- Making outbound calls
- Call and schedule routine maintenance and update contracts
- Scheduling routine maintenance appointments
- Provide accounting with maintenance contract billing information
- Maintain customer database with current information
- Registering warranty and rebate information
- Ordering parts / materials
- Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and company customers
- Accounts Payable and Receivable support
- We use ServiceTitan, a cloud-based CRM system
Qualifications / Skills:
- 2 years related experience in customer service, office assistant, project coordinating, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing or construction industry recommended but not required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Advanced computer skills
- CRM / ERP database experience, we use ServiceTitan a cloud-based system
- Microsoft Office products experience
- Accounts Payable and/or Receivable experience desired
- Geographical knowledge of service area is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High school Diploma or equivalent
