Job Description

Role Overview

This role supports the execution of go-to-market strategies for Accio Work, the first agentic platform built for SMEs, spanning influencer marketing, event coordination, and business development. We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience using or building AI products, and who approach their work with an entrepreneurial mindset.


Key Responsibilities

1. Influencer Outreach & Management

  • Identify and evaluate relevant KOLs and creators across YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with a focus on AI, productivity, and vertical industry niches
  • Lead initial outreach and partnership discussions; coordinate content deliverables and timelines
  • Maintain a creator database and track performance metrics for each collaboration

2. Meetup & Webinar Coordination

  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of online webinars and in-person meetups, including scheduling, venue/platform selection, and equipment setup
  • Build and manage event registration pages; execute pre- and post-event email campaigns and social media promotion
  • Source and coordinate speakers and panelists; ensure event content aligns with product positioning

3. Business Development & Case Studies

  • Engage with early users and partners to identify compelling product use cases and develop them into case studies (video scripts, written articles, or social content)
  • Identify and reach out to potential partners — including tech companies, creator studios, and community organizations — for co-marketing opportunities
  • Coordinate with vendors on merchandise production, custom use case development, and shipment logistics


Qualifications

  • Background in marketing, business, or a technology-related field
  • AI Savvy, proficient in using AI tools as part of daily workflows
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with strong attention to detail
  • Preferred: Experience in product marketing for an AI or SaaS product; or has independently built, launched, or operated an AI-related project, product, or content channel.
