Job DescriptionCardinal Staffing is seeking an Aerospace Builder to follow visual work instructions or blueprints to assemble and inspect parts. The role requires using manual, electric, and air hand tools, maintaining a clean workspace, and supporting quality and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates should have basic wiring knowledge, blueprint reading skills, some computer experience, and familiarity with assembly hand tools.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble parts to visual work instructions or engineering blue print.
• Able to inspect parts assembled via work instruction
• Ability to use manual, electric and air hand tools.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment
• Support compliance with RCO Quality Policies.
• Support corporate continuous improvement initiative.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Support corporate continuous improvement initiative.
• Reads Blueprint /Wiring Schematic.

• Use of assembly hand tools
• Some computer experience

• Basic Wiring Experience a Plus
