We are excited to announce an opportunity for full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our dedicated team at a hospital in Troy, New York. Become a part of our collaborative environment at Samaritan Hospital!

Position Overview

• Work Schedule: Options for 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
• On-Call Requirements: 26 weekday shifts annually, 2 weekends per year, and 1 of 6 holidays each year
• Surgical Specialties: General Surgery, Obstetrics, Bariatric, Vascular, Urology, Orthopedics, and Thoracic
• Electronic Medical Records: Utilization of Epic system

Compensation and Benefits

Our organization provides a competitive salary and benefits package, which includes:

• Base Salary: $272,280, with additional shift differentials
• Compensation Details: The stated salary represents the starting range and does not encompass productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, or other cash compensation applicable to the role. Additionally, providers generally receive a Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer.
• Full-Time Equivalent: 1840 hours
• CME Time: 6 weeks (240 hours) allocated for CME
• Sign-On Bonus: Total of $100,000, distributed as follows:
  • Initial bonus: $25,000
  • After 6 months: $50,000
  • After Year 2: $25,000
  • Year 3 Quality Bonus: $10,000
• CME Allowance: $2,500 in accordance with SPHPMA policy
• Loan Repayment: Our institution is recognized as an eligible employer for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
