England Logistics | Hybrid – Salt Lake City, UT
England Logistics is hiring a Financial Analyst to support FP&A, P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling across our operating divisions. This hybrid role partners with business leaders to deliver accurate financial reporting, KPI analysis, and data-driven insights that improve performance and profitability.
Must live in Utah. Relocation not available.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis and P&L analysis for operating divisions
- Analyze KPIs, variance analysis, and period-over-period financial trends
- Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting
- Prepare financial reporting and ad hoc analysis for leadership
- Partner with business leaders to explain revenue and expense drivers
- Support month-end close, including journal entries and GL analysis
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
- 1+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance
- Strong understanding of profit and loss statements and variance analysis
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, large data sets; financial modeling experience preferred)
- Experience with financial systems, ERP tools, or business intelligence platforms a plus
- Ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial partners
