Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity invites a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert support within a vibrant K-12 school setting in Maple Grove, MN. The position is contract-based, offering a dynamic environment where you can make a meaningful impact on student learning and behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavioral intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to guide instructional decisions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent support and progress
- Provide training and coaching to staff on behavior management techniques and effective intervention strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
Qualifications and Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
- Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and data collection methods
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple cases efficiently
