A health network in New York City is actively seeking a Primary Care FNP or PA to join their team.
About the Opportunity:
<ul>
<li>Choice between Upper Manhattan and Bronx clinics</li>
<li>Setting: 100% outpatient seeing all ages</li>
<li>Schedule: Monday to Friday (one weekend shift per month)</li>
<li>Hours: Standard business hours with one later evening a week</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Diagnose and treat common and chronic illnesses</li>
<li>Assist with health promotion and disease prevention</li>
<li>Provide patient education and counseling</li>
<li>Prescribe medications and treatments</li>
<li>Participate in special projects and committees as needed</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program</li>
<li>New York State RN and NP licensure</li>
<li>Board Certification</li>
<li>Previous primary care or outpatient experience preferred</li>
<li>Spanish language skills preferred</li>
