Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What we’re looking for:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
  • Previous school-based experience or strong interest in working in educational environments
  • Knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and data collection
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to supporting students with diverse backgrounds and abilities

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students individually or in group settings
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for students referred for speech-language services
  • Develop, implement, and review students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
  • Stay current on best practices, resources, and innovations in the field
