The HVAC Maintenance Technician will begin their career in the service department and will have the opportunity to follow the career path to becoming a Service Technician. Position: HVAC Maintenance Technician
Pay Range: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience + SPIFFS
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Residential & Light Commercial Equipment
- Excellent communication with homeowners
- Being on time, reliable, and a team player daily! - Be someone we can count on!
- Ability to keep track of tools and be well-organized
- Be self-sufficient and willing to learn
- Take pride in your work - maintain a clean working space and make things look like they should be on display at a store!
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Follow safety protocols
- Educating Customers on importance of annual maintenance & products
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of HVAC field and trade school experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building code
- Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
- Driver's license with clean driving record
- Knowledge of building science principles
- Knowledge of Service Titan a plus
- Stellar mechanical aptitude and a problem-solving mentality
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- An awesome attitude and is a great team player!
