What you’ll own

  • Support sales team in administrative sales functions
  • Serve as reliable point of contact for client inquiries and ensure prompt follow-up and resolution
  • Act as liaison between Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance to ensure quality project delivery
  • Support onboarding of new customers by coordinating documentation and internal processes
  • Communicate with key technology vendors and distributors to obtain pricing, product availability and promotional opportunities.
  • Assist in improving workflows related to quoting, procurement, and project handoff
  • Other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

What we’re looking for

  • College Degree or 2-5 years experience in Information Technology and/or Sales
  • Technology experience preferred

Travel to client sites as needed, specifically in Baton Rouge. Overnight travel is limited, but the Inside Sales Representative may be asked to attend trade shows or travel to other Lockstep locations for training.
