Command and pilot corporate aircraft worldwide, with complete responsibility for its airworthy condition, safe operation, security, and expedited air travel for company personnel.
Responsibilities
- 
Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of crew and passengers during command. 
- 
Command and pilot corporate aircraft with full authority. 
- 
Coordinate flight planning, catering, fuel, and supply procurement. 
- 
Assure compliance with all applicable safety, legal, technical requirements, and FAA regulations. 
- 
Maintain effective communications between aircrew, dispatch, maintenance, and passengers worldwide. 
- 
Complete and maintain required aircraft forms and records in accordance with FAA regulations. 
- 
Attend to passenger travel needs and coordinate both air and ground requirements. 
- 
Maintain a high degree of proficiency and professionalism; perform additional management tasks as assigned. 
- 
Possess a thorough understanding of the systems of aircraft currently in use. 
Required Skills & Certifications
- 
15+ years of experience required. 
- 
Valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot Rating with appropriate type, class, category, and competency certificates for division aircraft. 
- 
FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operators Permit. 
- 
Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate. 
- 
Ability to obtain a valid U.S. passport with no restrictions. 
- 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel). 
- 
Experience with Oracle invoicing. 
- 
Proficiency with ForeFlight. 
Preferred Skills
- 
Minimum of 4,000 flight hours. 
- 
Bachelors degree (or equivalent with approved waiver). 
- 
Broadly diversified flight experience in both domestic and international travel, gained through business flight operations or military experience.
