JOB SUMMARY
The HR Manager relies on knowledge of and experience with Human Resources and will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies, benefits, recruitment, hiring, employee relations and separations. This job requires strong collaboration with global and local leadership to ensure alignment with corporate HR strategies and compliance with local labor laws. The ability to work independently with little supervision is required.
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Moroccan labor laws and global HR standards.
- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure competitive offerings.
- Lead recruitment efforts including candidate screening, interviewing and onboarding.
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes including hiring, performance management and separations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR related matters.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the Global HR VP and local GM to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of this job.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an international organization
- Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-cultural environment
- Proficiency in English, French and Arabic
