Palm Health Resources is hiring experienced Family Nurse Practitioners in the Milwaukee area! This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will be confident practicing independently and dedicated to delivering high-quality care across all age groups. Prior experience in a family medicine or primary care setting is strongly preferred.
Position Details
Outpatient only
4-day work week (Enjoy an excellent work-life balance)
All ages seen
No call requirement
Hospitalist program managed by Apogee ensures seamless inpatient coverage
Must be comfortable working autonomously, with no on-site provider support
Qualifications:
Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Active WI NP License (or eligibility) Required
Prior experience in outpatient family medicine strongly preferred
BLS/ACLS certification required
