What You’ll Do
As a Dispatcher, you’ll manage technician schedules and workloads to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will prioritize high-revenue service calls while maintaining excellent customer service for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch technicians efficiently to optimize daily schedules
  • Prioritize high-revenue service calls while maintaining top-tier service for all customers
  • Optimize routes to reduce travel time and increase service efficiency
  • Communicate clearly with customers about scheduling and service expectations
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure technicians are fully prepared
  • Handle urgent service requests and reallocate resources as needed
  • Maintain accurate records using ServiceTitan


What You Bring

  • Experience in dispatching or scheduling
  • 2-year degree or 3+ years in a professional office setting
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and phone etiquette
  • Familiarity with local geography and dispatch/CRM software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus!)
