Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency nursing
- Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
- ENPC and NRP certifications preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle floating assignments and respond to call requests effectively
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive emergency care to diverse patient populations
- Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure quality treatment
- Manage fast-paced, high-acuity situations with confidence and professionalism
- Participate in shift rotations including nights, maintaining flexibility for floating and on-call duties
- Document patient care accurately and uphold hospital protocols and standards
Schedule/Hours:
- Night shifts, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
