We are looking for a talented Account Executive to drive lead generation and move-ins for senior care options from hospitals and skilled nursing facilities. We are a growing Healthcare company that helps families find suitable senior care solutions as they transition out of medical facilities.

Job Duties:

  • Help families find the right community or in-home care.
  • Achieve monthly quotas for families choosing senior care by generating qualified patient referrals.
  • Develop, own, and grow your book of accounts to increase referral volume.
  • Cultivate new contacts through networking, cold calls, and presentations.
  • Educate families on care options and guide them through the process with Senior Living Advisors.
  • Collaborate with Senior Living Advisors to meet family move-in and in-home care targets.
  • Pilot new initiatives and provide feedback on tools and resources.

Ideal Background:

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and collaborating with teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in presenting to customers and overcoming objections.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent environment.
  • Strong drive to learn and improve with a competitive approach.
  • Ability to travel locally in your territory 5 days a week.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Healthcare/hospital sales experience highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM (Salesforce preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
