Job Description
We are looking for a talented Account Executive to drive lead generation and move-ins for senior care options from hospitals and skilled nursing facilities. We are a growing Healthcare company that helps families find suitable senior care solutions as they transition out of medical facilities.
Job Duties:
- Help families find the right community or in-home care.
- Achieve monthly quotas for families choosing senior care by generating qualified patient referrals.
- Develop, own, and grow your book of accounts to increase referral volume.
- Cultivate new contacts through networking, cold calls, and presentations.
- Educate families on care options and guide them through the process with Senior Living Advisors.
- Collaborate with Senior Living Advisors to meet family move-in and in-home care targets.
- Pilot new initiatives and provide feedback on tools and resources.
Ideal Background:
- 3+ years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and collaborating with teams.
- Demonstrated experience in presenting to customers and overcoming objections.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent environment.
- Strong drive to learn and improve with a competitive approach.
- Ability to travel locally in your territory 5 days a week.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Healthcare/hospital sales experience highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM (Salesforce preferred).
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
