We are looking for a skilled Service Administrative Specialist to join our team and contribute to the growth and efficiency of our operations and customer experience.

About the job:
The Customer Service Coordinator supports the day-to-day administration of service and support activities by maintaining documentation, tracking products and shipments, and ensuring service requests are completed accurately and on time. This role works closely wit customer-facing teams and cross-functional departments to maintain organized processes and deliver a reliable customer experience
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate administrative activities related to customer service and support requests
- Prepare, process, and maintain accurate service and warranty documentation
- Track products, shipments, and returns to ensure timely follow-up and completion
- Communicate status updates clearly with internal teams and customers as needed
- Close and maintain customer service tickets by following required steps and processes
- Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy across internal systems
- Identify and flag missing information, errors, or process gaps
- Support continuous improvement of service coordination and administrative workflows
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in operations, service coordination, administrative support, or customer support roles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and internal tracking systems
