Job Summary
Master AutoTech is looking for a detail-loving, people-friendly Data Entry Specialist who brings positive energy to the office and enjoys keeping things organized and running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who is naturally happy, a little spunky, and takes pride in doing things right while also being a friendly face for coworkers and customers alike.
You’ll be a key part of our office team, supporting daily operations through accurate data entry in QuickBooks, strong customer service, and general administrative support. If you enjoy numbers, systems, and helping others and you believe a great attitude makes a great workplace we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Accurately enter and maintain data in QuickBooks and internal systems
- Assist with Accounts Payable/Receivable data entry (no accounting degree required)
- Scan, upload, organize, and manage digital and physical documents
- Maintain neat and efficient filing systems
- Provide friendly, professional customer service in person and over the phone
- Support the Office Manager and Executive Team with administrative tasks
- Help keep the office organized, stocked, and running smoothly
- Protect confidentiality while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Contribute to a positive, upbeat office culture that teammates enjoy coming to every day
What We’re Looking For
- QuickBooks experience required
- Strong data entry and typing accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
