We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Receptionist to join our team located in the Greater Philadelphia Region. This Receptionist contract position requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of providing exceptional customer service to visitors and staff. The role involves managing front desk operations, coordinating meetings, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.

• Greet visitors and guests warmly, providing assistance with directions or information to create a positive first impression.
• Coordinate visitor access to various offices, scheduling meetings and managing logistical arrangements.
• Prepare for meetings by organizing materials, ensuring spaces are ready, and confirming schedules.
• Monitor security cameras regularly to maintain facility safety and report any suspicious activity.
• Process sales transactions in the gift shop, including handling payments and managing inventory.
• Answer and direct inbound calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to uphold the detail-oriented standards of the facility.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and document preparation.
• Provide support during special events or evening shifts, ensuring smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with staff and managers to address any visitor-related concerns.
Other requirements for the Receptionist position include and are not limited to:
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in receptionist or front desk roles.
• Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and directing calls accurately.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage appointments and visitor coordination.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash or credit transactions.
• Familiarity with basic security protocols, including monitoring cameras.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
• Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining records and schedules efficiently.
• Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and occasional evening shifts as required.
