Volumatic, Inc. is a manufacturer of high quality, close tolerance, precision parts and sub assemblies. We are family-owned and have been in business since 1969. We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office operations. The job duties consist of:
- Performing clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization.
- Utilizing QuickBooks for payroll, bill entries, invoicing, purchase orders, and bank reconciliations.
- Managing phone calls and correspondence with professionalism.
- Providing support to office staff and executives as needed.
- Assisting in maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Handling scheduling and appointment setting.
- Coordinating logistics.
