Frontier Ford is seeking a motivated SERVICE MANAGER to join our team in Santa Clara, CA. As a SERVICE MANAGER, you will be responsible for overseeing our service department and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of service advisors and technicians
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments
- Ensure quality control and timely completion of service orders
- Resolve customer complaints and issues
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive service management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair practices
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Excellent CSI
