Description of the role:

Frontier Ford is seeking a motivated SERVICE MANAGER to join our team in Santa Clara, CA. As a SERVICE MANAGER, you will be responsible for overseeing our service department and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of service advisors and technicians
  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments
  • Ensure quality control and timely completion of service orders
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in automotive service management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair practices
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Excellent CSI
