UP Water Systems – Sales Manager Wanted (Lubbock, TX)

UP Water Systems is expanding fast in Lubbock and surrounding West Texas areas, and we’re looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead, train, and grow our sales force.

What You’ll Do:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales reps & canvassers
- Set daily/weekly sales targets and hold team accountable
- Lead from the front — close deals and help reps in the field
- Build and improve sales systems, scripts, and processes
- Track performance, KPIs, and team production
- Run team meetings and ride-alongs
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 (depending on experience)
- Commission Overrides + Bonuses
- Monthly & Quarterly Performance Incentives
- Realistic Earnings: $100K – $150K+
✅ Requirements:
- Proven sales leadership experience (preferred in home services, water systems, or D2D sales)
- Strong closing skills
- Experience recruiting and training a team
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
