Job Description

Workcomp360 is currently hiring Production Associates with prior experience in the food industry. We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food production or processing
Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines (GMP/HACCP)
Comfortable working in a team and standing for extended periods

Duties May Include:

Preparing, packaging, and labeling food products
Operating production machinery
Conducting quality checks and maintaining cleanliness
Operate food processing equipment (mixers, slicers, ovens, etc.).
Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to recipes or production guidelines.
Monitor cooking, baking, freezing, or packaging processes.

Inspect products for quality, consistency, and safety standards.
Remove defective or contaminated items from the production line.
Record production data, such as quantities, lot numbers, and temperatures.

Sanitation & Safety

Clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, and tools following food safety regulations.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP, and company safety protocols.
Wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain hygiene standards.
