Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
Location: Idaho (In-Person)
Schedule: Flexible, Full-Time, W-2 (Choose Your Own Schedule)
Compensation: Potential for up to $90,000/year, based on licensure, visit types, and bonus opportunities.

EverCare Mobile Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our team and provide high-quality mental health services in residential and long-term care settings. We partner with independent living communities, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing centers, memory care units, group homes, and other residential environments to offer comprehensive, wraparound mental health care.

Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to individuals experiencing psychological, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
- Oversee LPC providers and supervise CBRS workers as needed.
- Facilitate therapy groups and complete necessary assessments (e.g., CDAs) for insurance compliance.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and maintain up-to-date documentation in the agency’s EHR system.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including facility staff, PMHNPs, PCPs, and other behavioral health professionals.
Qualifications
- Active LCSW License in Idaho (Required).
- Must maintain licensure and remain in good standing throughout employment.
- Ability to pass an enhanced background check through the Department of Health and Welfare.
