Located in the heart of Downtown Eau Claire inside The Lismore Hotel, a DoubleTree by Hilton, Eau Claire Downtown Coffee (ECDC) is a warm and welcoming comfortable place for locals and travelers alike. We’re searching for a Coffee Shop Barista who is passionate about people, service and coffee.
 
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Prepare and serve coffee beverages and food to recipe standards</li>
<li>Greet customers, take orders, and handle payments</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and dining areas</li>
<li>Restock supplies</li>
<li>Follow health, safety, and food-handling standards</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic customer issues</li>
<li>Assist with opening or closing duties as needed</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous barista or customer service experience preferred but not required</li>
<li>Strong communication and people skills</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented</li>
<li>Interest in coffee, latte art, or learning new skills</li>
