Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a K-12 school setting serving students ranging from low to high functioning levels. This position offers a full-time contract opportunity for the current school year and the 2025/26 school year, located near Sherman Oaks and Culver City, CA. Each SLP will be assigned one campus, providing focused support to students in grades K through 12.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language services to a diverse student population including low and high functioning students
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and track student progress
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support student development
  • Document and maintain compliance with all educational and therapeutic standards
  • Provide teletherapy sessions when necessary to support student needs

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience in healthcare, pediatrics, and school-based settings preferred
  • Familiarity with teletherapy delivery methods
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
  • Experience working with both SLP Assistants (SLPA) in school and healthcare environments is a plus
  • Ability to manage caseloads effectively and work independently on one campus

Position Details:

  • Location: Long Beach, CA area with campuses near Sherman Oaks and Culver City
  • Grades: K-12
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week
  • Contract Duration: Immediate start through August and continuing for the 2025/26 school year
