Job DescriptionNow Hiring Welders – McConnellsburg, PA-Paying up to $30/hr Position Overview
We are seeking skilled welders to join our team in McConnellsburg, PA. Ideal candidates must be able to pass a weld test, work safely and accurately, and thrive in a production environment. This is a direct-hire, permanent opportunity with excellent pay and benefits.
As a welder, you will perform welding in various positions, operate overhead cranes, adjust weld setups, and fabricate metal components using hand tools, torches, and welding equipment. Attention to detail, safety, and teamwork are essential.
Available Shifts
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday–Thursday)
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
Pay & Incentives
- $22.75 – $26.40 per hour, based on experience
- $1,500 sign-on bonus (paid out over the first year)
- Double time on Sundays for overtime worked
- Direct hire – long-term, permanent position

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and weld metal components according to specifications
- Properly position materials and parts for welding
- Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and job specifications
- Safely operate overhead cranes and welding equipment
- Train and assist in multiple production areas based on demand
- Maintain safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $47320.00 - $54912.00/yr.
Sign On Bonus: Eligible for FULL TIME employees (Contractors would be eligible upon conversion) $1,500 Total $500 @ 3 months of employment $500 @ 6 months of employment $500 @ 12 months of employment
