Pharmacy Technician – Prescription Fulfillment
Location: Northlake TX 76262
Pay: $21.60 per hour
Schedule Options Available:
- Sun-Tue/Fri 2:30pm to 12:30am (off Wed, Thu, Sat)
- Sun/Mon/Wed/Fri 2:30pm-12:30am (off Tue/Thu/Sat)
- Sun-Thu 10:00pm to 6:00am (off Fri/Sat)
Job Summary:

Responsible for providing order processing support for fulfillment and/or provide assistance in the preparation and distribution of prescription medication via the use of the fulfillment system. Follows standard operating procedures and performs duties in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processes new patient registration by entering data into appropriate system.
- Handles patient prescription requests within HIPAA guidelines and enters refill orders for processing.
- Troubleshoots to obtain missing prescription information, and interprets medical abbreviations (SIG codes).
- Resolves all data entry related exceptions.
- Run automated machinery, sort medications, transition inventory through different workflow stages with a focus on quality control.
- Count and fill prescriptions, affix labels, pack and ship. Clean and help maintain machinery and maintain an orderly work area.
- Resolves Third Party Rejects by reviewing, gathering information, making corrections and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1.5+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Current state-required Pharmacy Technician License. (PTCB Highly preferred)
- Proficiency with basic computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, providers, and team members.
