Local Heating & Air Conditioning Company / PlumberPay: $$18+ Depending on ExperienceHours: Monday - Friday 8-5 (When working overtime Monday-Thursday 10-hour shift & Friday 8-hour shift)
Job Duties:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water, gas, drainage, and sewer lines
- Diagnose plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, low pressure, and system failures
- Install and service fixtures, faucets, toilets, water heaters (tank and tankless), sump pumps, and backflow systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal plumbing codes
- Perform inspections and pressure testing as required
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, timelines, and costs
- Complete service reports, work orders, and documentation accurately
- Maintain tools, equipment, and job sites in a safe and clean condition
Job Requirements:
- Current Journeyman or Master Plumber License (state-issued and in good standing)
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
