Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Recruiting Talent Acquisition Specialist for a contract position to join our team, focusing on sourcing, coordinating, and supporting the recruitment of senior-level executives and leadership positions across global markets. This contract role combines strategic sourcing expertise with exceptional coordination skills to ensure a seamless executive hiring process from initial outreach through final placement.


Key Responsibilities

Executive Sourcing & Research


• Conduct comprehensive global market research to identify and map potential executive candidates across various industries and functional areas

• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, executive databases, and industry networks

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified executive candidates for current and future leadership roles

• Research target companies, competitors, and industry trends to inform sourcing strategies

• Create detailed candidate profiles and market intelligence reports

• Work with senior leaders and hiring managers in the Americas, EMEA and APAC


Candidate Coordination & Relationship Management

• Manage all aspects of candidate communication and scheduling throughout the search process across multiple time zones. This includes coordinating candidate interviews for broader TA delivery team

• Coordinate complex interview schedules involving multiple stakeholders, including C-suite executives and board members

• Facilitate virtual and in-person interviews, ensuring all technical and logistical requirements are met across different regions

• Maintain regular touchpoints with candidates to provide updates and gather feedback

• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring exceptional candidate experience

• Coordinate onsite interviews for candidates interviewing in our Deerfield, IL office.


Search Process Support

• Partner closely with senior recruiters, TA leadership team and hiring managers to understand executive role requirements and ideal candidate profiles

• Assist in developing comprehensive search strategies and sourcing plans

• Support the creation of position specifications and candidate presentation materials

• Support offer negotiations and executive compensation discussions

• Coordinate with TA Operations on background verification, and pre-employment screening processes for smooth onboarding coordination


Administrative Excellence

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date job requisitions and candidate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS)

• Generate regular pipeline reports and search status updates for stakeholders

• Coordinate candidate interviews and when applicable onsite visits

• Manage confidential documents and ensure compliance with global regulations including GDPR and EU Pay Directive


Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field

• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent acquisition

• Proven track record supporting senior-level recruitment processes

• Experience with Workday ATS and other recruiting technologies


Core Competencies

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent searches

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience interacting with C-level executives

• Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)

• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information

• Detail-oriented approach with strong follow-through capabilities

• Ability to work in fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards


Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Advanced proficiency in Workday ATS platform

• Familiarity with sourcing tools and databases

• Knowledge of employment law and recruiting best practices


Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in executive search firm, professional services or corporate executive recruiting

• Prior global recruiting and coordination experience

• Experience recruiting executives for private companies and privately-held organizations

• Industry certifications in talent acquisition or human resources

• Experience supporting C-suite recruitment

• Understanding of executive compensation structures including base salary, bonuses, equity, and benefits packages

• Multilingual capabilities preferred


Contract Details & Compensation

• Contract Duration: 6 months with potential for extension

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid/Remote with 2-3 days onsite in Deerfield, IL office
