Local industrial/commercial insulation company in Buffalo, NY looking for an experienced construction administrator to join their team!
1st shift hours with some flexibility
Pay varies based on experience - $22-26/hr

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Must be proficient with various computers programs and be detail oriented
- Degree in construction management or similar would be a bonus but not required
- Must have some knowledge of accounting and accounts receivable
- Must have great communication skills
JOB DUTIES:
- Complete certified payroll, bank deposit forms, tax forms, bid log and folder maintenance, AR/apply payments
- Perform weekly preparation and input of field personnel hours and work with key personnel each to ensure hours are allocated properly to jobs
- Job costing review and analysis
- Track vacation/PTO, including prevailing wage hours
- Prepare and submit bid proposals per estimator requirements
- Assemble files for awarded jobs and follow up with appropriate documents per job specification and enter new jobs in system
- Work with estimators on job analytics for purposes of billing
- Work with estimators on final billings and properly closing completed jobs
- Work with customers and insurance company to ensure proper documents are in place and filed timely
- Safety compliance updates as needed
- Coordinate and schedule annual physicals
- Coordinate, schedule and document annual safety training
- Maintain safety files including employee training milestones
- Maintain all job files in an organized and accessible manner
- Answer phones and direct calls accordingly
