Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate, professional, and reliable Receptionist to support the front desk operations for a disability services organization. This role is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, requiring strong interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to remain calm and welcoming in a client?centered environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a warm, professional, and courteous manner. • Answer and direct incoming phone calls; provide information and route messages as needed. • Manage front desk operations including check?ins, sign?ins, and appointment coordination. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety?focused reception area. • Provide general administrative support: filing, data entry, document preparation, and scheduling. • Assist staff with client forms, updates, and communication needs. • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications: • Prior receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred. • Comfortable working in a disability services setting and interacting with individuals with diverse needs. • Strong communication skills, patience, and ability to maintain a positive demeanor under pressure. • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment. • Proficient with basic computer systems (email, scheduling, data entry). • Ability to pass background checks as required by the facility.
Pay: $18.50/hour
