Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage documents for the Customer Solutions Team to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Serve as the primary contact for vendor and member communications, addressing data inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Compile and organize data for presentations, including quarterly business reviews.
• Assist with onboarding new accounts by managing rostering processes and ensuring all details are correctly documented.
• Support the Business Development Team by generating leads and maintaining organized records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client needs and service delivery.
• Utilize CRM and ERP systems to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor and audit billing functions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Handle cash activity and transactions with precision and attention to detail.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance client satisfaction.• Proficiency in ADP Financial Services and Avaya CMS systems.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP solutions.
• Strong knowledge of auditing practices and billing functions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cash handling and cash activity accurately.
• Expertise in data preparation and presentation for business reviews.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with vendors and members.
• Skilled in lead generation and supporting business development initiatives.
• Familiarity with tools such as About Time and other operational systems.
