Recruit12 is partnering with a well-established manufacturing operation to hire a Production Lead for 2nd shift. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, supporting supervisors, and keeping production teams on track to meet performance and quality goals.
Position Overview
The Production Lead plays a key role in day-to-day operations by coordinating work within an assigned production area. You’ll help ensure productivity targets, quality standards, and departmental goals are consistently achieved in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position acts as a go-to resource for team members while supporting leadership with workflow and performance oversight.
Key Responsibilities

Support supervisors and managers in meeting production, quality, and efficiency goals

Coordinate daily work activities within an assigned production area

Lead by example to ensure output meets established quantity and quality standards

Communicate frequently with team members to maintain workflow and resolve issues

Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment

Assist with training and guiding team members as needed

Help maintain schedule adherence and meet time-sensitive production demands
