<h3>Job Description</h3>
Summary:
Support the Project Manager in construction project administration and management.
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Perform all Project Engineer duties</li>
<li>Maintain cost control and job cost statements</li>
<li>Prepare billings and facilitate payments</li>
<li>Estimate, prepare, and negotiate Change Orders</li>
<li>Write subcontract Change Orders</li>
<li>Manage CMiC system setup and maintenance</li>
<li>Prepare bid packages, solicit, and evaluate bids</li>
<li>Draft project procedures and review plans</li>
<li>Supervise and train Project Engineers and clerical staff</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or equivalent experience</li>
<li>Strong understanding of plans and specifications</li>
<li>Field experience (Project Engineer)</li>
<li>Effective communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>3-4 years of construction experience</li>
<li>OSHPD/HCAi or DSA Experience</li>
</ul>
 
Compensation Range: $95,000 - $105,000 Annual Salary
Location: Orange County/Los Angeles
