Miami Construction Shuttle (MCS) is hiring a reliable, experienced Shuttle Driver for a long-term construction project in Bay Harbor Islands.
Location: 9760 W Bay Harbor Drive, Bay Harbor Islands, FL 33154
⏳ Project Length: Up to 12 months
Schedule: Monday–Friday (excluding project holidays)
Shuttle Windows
- Morning: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
(Multiple continuous runs during each window)
Requirements
- Must live close to Bay Harbor Islands and be able to reliably arrive for early morning shifts
- Valid Florida CDL (passenger endorsement if required)
- Clean driving record
- Experience driving shuttle, bus, or commercial vehicles preferred
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
Responsibilities
- Safely operate shuttle during approved service windows
- Experience driving larger vehicles: CDL required
- Clean driving record
- Stage vehicle before first run and complete continuous trips as needed
- Follow approved routes and pickup/drop-off locations
- Communicate with site representatives and dispatch
